Wim Hof Community Session
Community Sessions are intended for like-minded locals who already know and love the Wim Hof Method, and would like to consistently practice together under guidance of an Instructor.
These are short, condensed sessions that focus on practice over theory. A ~2 hour get-together that begins with a brief recap of the method, and transitions into an immersive breathing session, followed by an energizing ice bath experience.
Led by a certified WHM Instructor, these follow-up workshops provide a supportive space for you to continue your Wim Hof Method practice under expert guidance. Strengthen control over your body and mind with consistent bite-size sessions that you can fit into a busy day.
Whistler Wellness Afternoon
An immersive afternoon of yoga, cold exposure, and sound healing to reset your body, calm your mind, and build resilience.
Spend your afternoon reconnecting with your body and resetting your mind.
This immersive wellness experience is designed to support resilience, release, and full-body restoration through movement, breath, cold exposure, and sound.
Guided by our experienced practitioners, you will move through a powerful sequence of practices that regulate the nervous system, build inner strength, and bring you back into balance.
Set within the natural beauty of Whistler, this is your time to pause, recharge, and reconnect.

The Power of Connection: Cold Dip & Breathwork with Nourish Whistler
Awaken your senses through breath, cold, and presence, set against the spectacular alpine backdrop of Whistler Mountain.
This outdoor experience combines breathwork and cold water immersion to support nervous system regulation, resilience, and deep reconnection with the body.
You’ll begin with guided breathwork to prepare both mind and body, helping to build awareness, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of readiness. From there, you’ll be supported through a safe and intentional cold plunge experience, surrounded by fresh mountain air and expansive views that amplify the clarity and intensity of the practice.
This experience is both invigorating and grounding, an opportunity to challenge yourself while immersed in one of Whistler’s most breathtaking natural settings.
You may leave feeling energized, clear, and deeply present, with a renewed sense of inner strength.

The Dome
A bright, geometric alpine space with panoramic mountain views. Sheltered yet open to the elements, it offers a strong connection to nature with shifting light and fresh air. Dress in layers for changing conditions.
Access via Whistler Village Gondola (~30 min ride; lift pass required).
Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshop
Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.
These workshops are limited to 30 participants, and Instructors often choose to keep them much smaller. The intimate quality allows for ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.
The program generally kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and always includes a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and the Instructor is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.
Instructors have their own specializations, and there is some variation across the individual workshops. A detailed overview of the day is sent out upon registration.

Join us at Fairmont for a deeply grounding experience of breathwork, meditation, sound bath, and cold dip.

11am to 1pm
The experience will take place at the Fairmont Whistler, beginning in the Yoga Studio.
For those participating in cold immersion, we will transition to the Health Club following the session.
For those who wish to extend the experience, access to the Fairmont Spa facilities is available for an additional $55, payable before or after the session.
