We Dip Whistler is a cold immersion and breathwork community based in Whistler, BC. We offer guided cold plunges, breathwork sessions, and resilience training to help you build mental and physical strength.

Sessions can take place in the comfort of your home or accommodation, if preferred.
If a separate space is required, a suitable location can be arranged, with any associated rental costs applied.

Our sessions are designed for all levels, from first-timers to experienced cold dippers. We’ll guide you through proper breathing techniques and how to safely immerse yourself in cold water.

For most people, yes! However, if you have certain health conditions (e.g., heart issues, high blood pressure, Raynaud’s disease), consult your doctor before participating.
Our sessions are supervised to ensure safety.
We provide step-by-step guidance on how to enter and exit the cold safely.

Breathwork refers to conscious breathing techniques that influence the nervous system, oxygen levels, and mental state.
For cold exposure, we use Wim Hof Method-inspired breathing, which combines:
Deep, rhythmic breaths to oxygenate the blood
Controlled breath holds to build CO₂ tolerance
Calm, focused breathing during the plunge
This practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you stay relaxed and in control in cold water.

For your comfort, we recommend bringing a journal, yoga mat, and blanket.
If you’ll be participating in the cold plunge, please bring swimwear, a towel, and warm layers for after.
